What Are Custom URLs?
ESR allows you to track links that you can put in your listings, listing template, eBay Store header, About Me page, and even web pages outside of eBay.
Let's say that you are writing inside your listings, "Come check out my other items in my eBay Store!" and you link that to your Store home page. eBay Traffic Reports might tell you that people went from your listing to your Store, but it doesn't tell you if they clicked on that exact link. Our Custom URLs feature tells you this!

How to Set Up Custom URLs
- Choose an existing group for your new URL or create a new group. You won't be able to change this later, so be careful!
- Fill in the destination URL. This is where you want the click to go, and must be a full URL including http://.
- Create a name for this link so that if you see it in reports, you'll know which link it is.
- Click "submit" to see the Custom URL to use in place of your destination URL, which will appear in the box that says "Your new URL."
Editing your Custom URLs
To edit your Custom URL, just click the "edit" button to the right of it. You will be able to change its name and the detination only.
