How To Cancel ESR

1. Find our subscription in your PayPal History by visiting https://history.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_history. If you can't get to that link, click on "My Account" at the top. Then click on "History" under that, and you'll be in the right place.
2. In the pull-down menu for "show" that you'll see on this History page, choose "subscriptions."
3. In the time range area, based on when you started with us, you'll have to choose the right amount of time to go back in time! Choose a date in 2006 if you really want to make sure you find us! :)
4. One you see us in the search results, click on the linked word, "details."
5. On the details page, there is a button saying, "Cancel subscription." Click that to cancel.
6. Our system will then receive a notification from PayPal. We will deactivate your account and purge all of your stored data.
